My focus is to secure the best possible price and terms, ensuring you are not overpaying and that your purchase makes sense as both a home and a property investment (even at the expense of my commission!).
7. End-to-End Coordination
From securing the property to completion, I manage the entire process.
This includes referring you to and working with trusted mortgage brokers, property lawyers, and contractors, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated experience when buying property in Singapore. You can leave it to me with a peace of mind.
8. Beyond the Purchase
Once you get the keys, the transaction is complete and a property agent’s legal obligations end there. However, our collaboration need not.
